All this starts with a redirect URL that takes you to your Twitter profile and a small round bubble appears and starts playing a short video, which you can either upload or record using your web cam. You don’t need to register to use this ervice, Just give your twitter username and record or upload a short video. You will get a custom Bubble Tweet URL that will show you your recording overlaid on the specified Twitter account.A count is kept for how many visits each Bubble Tweet URL gets.
