So I login to update the site today for the first time in a long time, and realize that my entire site is gone. After the initial shock of trying to figure out what happened, I realized that when I was installing wordpress to use as a Content Management System for another site i’m building on my same server, I somehow linked the same databases together. Well you can’t do that, and the new database overwrote the old one. So all my info is gone!! GREATTTTT.

So i’m debating about how to go about fixing that problems. I’m kind of mad because I was just starting to index quite well, and averaged 15-20 visitors on an average day. I hadn’t configured the database for automatic backups, but you can be sure that I will be doing that pronto. The only way to fix it is to copy and paste the content from my RSS reader, and postdating each post. So i’m going to try and do that shortly, as well as rewrite all of the content on the site. It’s going to be so much fun!!! NOT. Oh well.
